Hi Eric, thanks for stopping by. I only mentioned the services and their value briefly because they are good, I believe they can be present on so many more sites because they are both useful and easy to use. There's nothing to argue there.

However, my areas of expertise cover PR, Marketing and customer care. I thought I'd use those to give you the tips or reminders you needed to do even better. I am planning to use the Ratings in the near future actually and maybe more of these afterwards.

I do hope everything I wrote is useful, as that was what I wanted in the first place. Anyway, thumbs up for you, as you took the time to research the reviews posted about JS-Kit and reply to them. This shows you are really dedicated to building a community and taking their thoughts and wishes into account.

Alina: Thanks for taking to the time to offer such a thorough assessment of JS-Kit's site. Many of the points you make are on our (way too long) "to do" list, but we appreciate the reminder that js-kit is a key component of our business! I hope you had a chance to actually deploy and use our services, which are only briefly mentioned in your post. Suffice it to say that these services - the primary focus of our efforts - are a spectacular success. We are, as you way, "bringing new users along" at the rate of 100-200 new sites per day. But we can always do better. Thanks again for your encouragement.

Cheers,
Eric
