Hi Yaser, I’m glad you’ve made it to my new spot

While blogger spares you the trouble of dealing with trackbacks, you also loose touch with who’s quoting or misquoting you, with who’s misusing your work in their best interest. So instead of working together with other bloggers to prevent such behavior, you’re simply unaware, but not safer in any way

congratulations on your new blog ,great layout and interesting as usual:)
as for the subject I guess there wasn’t that problem with blogspot.com,as trackbacks were not supported and I never used the other service,your efforts are important however to ensure credibility.
it seems that I’ll stick with my domain for now:D

It happens to the best of us. I delete spammy trackbacks and comments, but Google will index sites that use your content, pretty often higher than your own site. it doesn’t last long, but while it lasts you lose potential traffic and even reputation. Not enough people understand that you have no association with the guilty sites.
