"Facts" are the best lessons we can learn, Iuliana. When you share someone's mistakes and you point out the obvious solutions you are "giving a lesson" or teaching. How can you hate something you are already so deep involved in?

Iuliana, I wish that people would simply pay attention in school and realize that grammar does matter! I have the pleasure of seeing a great deal of bad communication from professionals and even senior level executives. While I certainly do not expect everyone to be a great writer, I do believe adults should be capable of writing professional letters or communication in their native language using proper form. I wondered about the free account and how that is perceived. Many (self included) have switched to Gmail for its productivity, so I believe (in the US) the attitude about that has changed a great deal.
