Some sound advice there, panicking is never helpful, it puts you into a state of paralysis and prevents you from making those all important decisions. Fear is the mindkiller and controlling it is key in difficult situations.

Great post, very insightful. I think nowadays, in the internet era, these crisis can weaken our mind sets easily and it is more difficult to keep up with a positive attitude when your computer, tv, newspaper, etc tell you daily that we are heading for a “worm whole”.
