		<description>Hi Alina! I have not seen this but agree that it&#039;s not the best strategy to put your customer in a mindset of limit. In the US there are bank commercials that poke fun at setting boundaries. In one a little box is drawn on the floor and a little girl with a bicycle is told she can ride within the lines. She looks up confused and says &quot;but I can&#039;t go anywhere.&quot; The bank manager tries in vain to tell her what she can do. The message of the spots is that your bank should not be imposing impossible limitations. Pretty funny and aligns nicely with your post!
